A deep-blue metamorphic rock prized since antiquity for its intense celestial color. It is primarily composed of lazurite, often accented by golden pyrite flecks (resembling stars) and white calcite veining.

Stone Lore: Regarded as a stone of royalty and wisdom, it was famously used in the funeral mask of Tutankhamun. It is believed to stimulate the third eye, enhance intellectual ability, and promote clear, truthful communication.

Stone Care: Relatively soft (Mohs 5-5.5) and porous. Avoid high heat, pressure, and acidic chemicals. Clean only with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth; dry immediately. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners.
